We all want less hassle in our lives, especially when it comes to our diet. No one wants to be spending all their spondulas on fruit and veg – only for it to rot in the fridge when we can’t think of what to do with it!

Fruit and vegetables offer a much longer shelf life in frozen form. The produce usually has been frozen straight after harvest – ensuring loads of nutrients in your belly.

Next time you are in the freezer aisle – pick up these 3 handy frozen goods to keep you on track.

Frozen Berries – Jam packed (pardon the pun)! with antioxidants and vitamin C, these fellows are great in a smoothie or added to your porridge!

Peas – Mineral dense and high in folates, particularly great for the ladies! Peas are available everywhere and can be chucked straight into a stir fry or stew, be added to a smoothie for filling your green quota and used as the main ingredient in a creamy soup.
