Relaxation Techniques 🧘‍♂️

Even just 10 minutes a day of focused breathing or mindfulness can have a calming effect on your mind and body. You don’t have be an expert in meditation to take a few minutes in the day to just calm the mind.

Sleep 😴

Sleep deprivation is a significant contributor to stress and weight gain. Lack of sleep raises cortisol levels and increases cravings for unhealthy foods. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to help regulate your stress levels and maintain a healthy metabolism.
