St Patrick’s Day give us all a little more time to relax, spend time with your friends and family and enjoy the festivities!

Having your routine broken by the long weekend can sometimes knock you off course, but we’ve got you covered.  Here are our Top Tips so you can have the craic this Paddy’s weekend with zero guilt.

Drink the right stuff

Be sure to fill up on water, it will aid your weight loss, keep you hydrated and super alert. If you are planning to a few drinks over the weekend or on Patrick’s Day, try working a glass of water in between each alcoholic drink. You’ll thank us the next day!

Try something new!

The weather is getting a little better so use this time to try something new. Be it a new recipe from your Unislim cookbook, a new exercise class, or maybe visit a park for the kids to play in (kick the ball around and earn some Bonus BITES while having fun!).

Get back on track.

St Patrick’s Day, is just that – a day. Enjoy it with your friends and family, but try and limit any indulgences to just that one day. When you wake up on Bank Holiday Monday, start the day with a power walk and get your head back in the game.  A Post Paddy’s detox might be just the trick to make you feel as fresh as a shamrock after a busy weekend.
