January 2013 was the year that changed my life for the better. After 11 months of actually enjoying my food and loving exercise I received my free slimmer status having lost 6 stone and also becoming a Unislim Leader in my own town, Shannon.
To be able to help other people to reach their goal weight and enjoy life is such a reward. I would not class it as a job, more of a get together each week with a great bunch of people. Unislim is my second family and because of Unislim I get to enjoy more time with my own family. Being a busy mum of 2 very active boys, I love the fact that I have the energy to do so much with them, it’s all go and I am able to keep up and that makes me happy.
I am at my target weight almost 3 years now, that’s the great thing about Unislim, it’s a lifestyle “My Lifestyle” and I love it. I will always be a member and that is what my members love about it, I am not there to judge them but I am on the journey with them. My members help me just as much as I help them. We are all in this together.
