Method

Ingredients:

  • 1 Wholemeal wrap 10"
  • 45g low fat cheese
  • 1/2 mashed avocado
  • A dollop Fromage Frais
  • 1 Spring onion
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)

Method:

Cut the wrap into triangles and bake in the oven until brown & crispy.

Sprinkle with cheese, top with avocado and fromage frais. Add a chopped spring onion to garnish.
