Our Perfect Pancake is perfect all year round. This recipe makes 10 pancakes at 0.5 Bites each
- 150g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 300mls skimmed milk
- low cal spray oil
Sift the flour in a bowl, add the egg and slowly add the the milk.
Beat well to form a batter.
Spritz the pan with low cal spray oil and once hot add a ladle full of batter to coat the base the pan, ensuring that the mixture has spread evenly.
Once the batter looks dry on top and begins to brown at the edges, flip it over.
Cook for few seconds and serve immediately with your favourite toppings.
