Chocolate Fondant

Enjoy with some fresh berries and you have the perfect chocolate dessert.

Ingredients

400ml skimmed milk

2 egg yolks

4 sheets of gelatine

40g dark chocolate

1 tbsp low fat creme fraiche

Fresh berries

Method

You just have to try this chocolate fondant.

Heat 400ml milk. Meanwhile, soak 4 sheets of gelatine in a bowl of cold water to soften.

In a bowl mix 2 egg yolks, 40g of chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk until thoroughly mixed in.

Then pour into the hot milk mixture and beat with a whisk.

Drain the gelatine leaves and add them to the mixture. Leave to cool

Pour the mixture into four dessert glasses or ramekins and set aside in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Serve with low-fat creme fraiche and berries.
