Chilli Burrito Bowls

Ingredients

4 Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap

Low Cal Spray Oil

500g Extra Lean Steak Mince

1 Onion - Chopped

2 cloves Garlic - Crushed

1 Red Pepper

1 Tbsp Tomato Puree

1 Tbsp or to taste Chilli Powder

1 drained can Kidney Beans

Forever Free Salsa

Method

Heat some low cal spray oil in a pan.  Add some finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and red pepper and cook until soft.

Add extra lean mince and brown, then add a small can tomatoes and 1tbsp tomato puree and chilli powder to taste (as hot as you dare!), simmer
for 20mins, add 1 drained tin red kidney beans and cook for 5 more mins.

Serve with Forever Free Salsa (recipe in your Forever Free Plan) or with Forever Free Slaw (coleslaw mix tossed with lighter than light mayo and a sprinkle of curry powder).

For the Bowls
Place 4 wholemeal tortilla’s over small oven proof bowls and pinch the corners to form a bowl shape.

Place in the oven for 10-15 mins or until crispy.

Serve the chilli mixture in 1 bowl per person.
