Apple Crumble

This mouth-watering apple rumble is the perfect healthy dessert. This recipe serves 2 at only 1 bite per serving.

  • 2 eating apples
  • 1 1/2 cooking apples
  • 2 1/2 tsp sweetener
  • 15g flour
  • 15g oats
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Apple Sauce:

Chop the eating apples and add them to a pot with the water and 1 tsp of sweetener. Cook until it’s a sauce consistency. Once cooked leave to cool.

Crumble:

Add the flour, oats, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder and 1 tsp of sweetener to a bowl and mix. Add the applesauce slowly until you get the desired consistency.

Filling:

Chop the cooking apples and put in an oven dish Add the sweetener, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Top with the crumble mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25/30 mins
