Hurray! The August Bank Holiday is on the horizon and we are hoping for some sunshine here in Unislim HQ! Bank Holidays can be a very busy time, between visiting friends and family, keeping the kids entertained and trying to squeeze in some “me time”. With all the commotion, it can be very easy to be led off-track.

 

Get outdoors!

A breath of fresh air makes everyone feel better!  Even if the weather is a little cooler, wrap up warm, get the kids on their bikes and take a trip to your local park. Stretch those limbs and have a giggle with your family. There’s no better tonic!

Swap dessert for a healthy starter, ditch the fizzy drinks and get your dressing served on the side. There are lots of ways to keep on plan while dining out. You can do it!
